With hands-on experience in running a successful offline fashion retail store in Pune, an e-commerce business experience for 4 years unfortunately which was ahead of its time, and a franchise that lasted about 5 years in a nascent market, I have had much learning and understanding of what it takes to make a fashion business work. I am happy to add value to businesses that are starting out which hope not to make expensive mistakes for themselves. Networks are also our forte. It is perhaps why I have often been approached by business owners and entrepreneurs for strategic advice on go-to-market strategies, branding, social media presence and growth, as well as offline strategies for brick and mortar storefronts.

THE MILLS

For The Mills at RBCC, we worked on the launch, positioning, digital and social media growth of the brand, strategically establishing The Mills as the ‘It place’ in Pune in a very short time. We advised actively on day to day to strategically leverage music concerts, workshops, network connects and influencer meet-ups, among other initiatives. We handled all the communication collaterals and strategy, also for the client’s social media presence which we organically grew from 0 to about 3500 in the first year itself.
